Process of Making PVC Marble Sheet
Mixing
First, PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, colors, and additives are mixed together in certain amounts. In most cases, a high-speed mixer is used to make the mixture homogeneous.
Imprinting
The extruded sheet is passed through a set of hot rollers to make it smooth and flat to the desired width. In this step, you can use texturing rollers to emboss patterns that look like marble.
Extrusion
The mixed material is placed in an extruder, heated, and allowed to melt. The melted material is then pushed into a die to make a single sheet.
Cutting and Trimming
After cooling, the sheet is cut to the proper size, and excess material is removed. This step ensures that the sheets are ready and of the right size.
Cooling
Once the pattern has been drawn on the PVC sheet, the sheet is usually cooled using air or water. Cooling allows the sheet to harden and thus define its shape and size.
Quality Check and Packaging
